Executive President
Mia Doyle
Mia Doyle is the Executive President of M&R Doyle Holdings, Inc. In her role she oversees the overall operation of organizations and its companies as well as the organizations philanthropic activities.
Mrs. Doyle spearheaded the company’s first acquisition of an early learning organization to kick off what is now M&R Doyle Holdings, Inc. Prior to her role with the company, Mrs. Doyle served as an officer in the Unites States Army leading medical logistics teams in the US and abroad.
Mrs. Doyle has an undergraduate degree from Texas State University and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University, as well as certifications in early learning and real estate.
Chief Executive Officer
Rod Doyle
Rodlin “Rod” Doyle is Chief Executive Officer of M&R Doyle Holdings, Inc. He was named CEO in 2021 with the acquisition Allied Community Services, Inc. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to the serving as the CEO of M&R Doyle Holdings, Inc. Mr. Doyle served in various leadership roles as an Army Officer including the United States Military Academy at West Point, Exchange Officer to the United States Air Force, 125th Finance Battalion (Hawaii), 107th Finance Battalion (North Carolina), and the 1st Calvary Division (Texas).
Under his leadership, the organization has expanded into three major divisions, healthcare, education, and real estate, expanding across three continental states and Hawaii.
Mr. Doyle holds a master’s degree in organizational development from Columbia University, a Master of Finance from Webster University, and a Bachelor of International Relations from Texas State University where he graduated Suma Cum Laude. He is also a board member of the Texas State University Alumni Association.
Chief Strategy Officer
Natasha Ashton
Natasha Ashton leads a diverse portfolio of internal and external strategic programs designed to improve organization’s positions across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas by driving operational excellence. Ashton oversees all strategic programs including acquisition, people, and operations.
Ashton joined the organization in 2022 after a career with Florida Power & Light, a NextEra Energy, Inc. subsidiary, where she led the digital transformation of Human Resources Operations functions. Before that, she held public and private sector HR leadership roles at major organizations including Smithfield Foods.
Ashton has a wide breadth of experience overseeing M&A integrations, People Strategy, digital transformations, data analytics, cultural transformations, employee and labor relations.
Ashton holds a bachelor's degree in management information systems and an MBA.
